When I saw the above title on one of the many blogs I frequent I got really excited because Solo is one of my style idols. And for someone who dresses so stylishly, her home must definitely be interesting. She didn’t disappoint! Check out a few pics of the interior the Brooklyn brownstone Solo calls home…
“with my house, I wanted to find a balance of having great colors and patterns but also a really livable, warm, serene space.”
So she chose neutral basics—a clean-lined blue sofa, all-white bedding, gallery-white walls—and accessorized them with Moroccan rugs “We bought two when we were there (Morocco) because they’re gorgeous and super cheap!”
Definitely a lively space! I love the colours and how the different fabrics and prints pop out. I’m pleasantly surprised by the white walls though; but seeing as the furniture is very colourful, the white helps tone everything down.
