“Read” the time…

Ooooooh I want it!!! This is the ‘glocktwo‘, a quadratic clock designed by German studio Biegert & Funk. Really cool way to take up wall space, lol. Wall clocks don’t do much visually beyond their function of time telling. I haven’t seen that many creative ones until now, I wish they could translate these to hand watches too. This is how it works:  “The clock tells time in words contained in a quadratic matrix of alphabets. Some of the characters in the matrix glow, courtesy of a built-in brightness sensor, to form words that describe time in five minute intervals, while looking at the illuminated dots in the corner show individual minutes.”
